Arthritis & Diabetes

Arthritis, Diabetes and irregular heart rate. Have severe rheumatoid arthritis and it has been greatly improved by Bikram. Was taking Celebrex. I have the arthritis but feel pain free and have movement because I go to Bikram almost every day. Diabetes also runs in my family and my numbers are within the normal range with no special diet or meds. My mother died of a heart attack at a very early age. I have an irregular heart rate and it is also normal when I attend Bikram on a regular basis.

Meds. Tried them and also modified my diet when I was pregnant. Had gestational diabetes. Regulated that with diet.

Seven years but I now practice on a very regular basis.
